School Groups

Education in the gallery derives from a comprehensive model that is continually perfected and includes different programmes for particular age groups. Both in permanent collections and temporary exhibitions we prepare and carry out activities for pre-schoolers, primary school and secondary school pupils. The activities are led by museum guides and curators of the National Gallery of Slovenia.

The activities are usually conducted in the Slovene language, however, we are happy to organise tours and workshops in foreign languages. Please note that in such a case bookings should be made at least 14 days in advance. Please contact the Department for Education for details on which languages are currently available.
